All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in this Website and its content which includes the Website design, text, graphics and source codes connected with the Website remain the property of SharpDev.

SharpDev will commence work on a project after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the quoted price for the project (This excludes websites such as our £99 websites which are paid for in total at the time of ordering online).

For projects where an initial deposit has been made the client will be invoiced upon completion of the project for the remaining 50% of the price quoted. Websites will be made live after payment of invoice for the remaining balance.

Before ordering a website SharpDev will expect the client to check that the website purpose and business will operate legally within UK law.

Images used on the websites developed for clients are strictly for use on that particular website only. SharpDev will not be held responsible for misuse of these images by the client or any other persons copying, altering or distributing the images to any individuals or other organisations. Clients are solely responsible for copyright and usage of any images that are supplied to SharpDev for use on any website developed for the client. SharpDev will not be responsible for any legal issues or claims that may arise for any images used that are supplied to us by the client.
 

SharpDev will host new websites for 12 months from the day of registration of the new domain name (for new domain names) or the date the website is live on the internet (if no new domain names are required). Domain names will be registered by SharpDev and registered to our current address. Free domain names refer to .co.uk domain names, other domain names such as .com can be purchased if required.

If a refund is requested by the client SharpDev reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable. A refund is not guaranteed by SharpDev but may be given if we decide upon this action. The cost of any domain names purchased will not be part of any refund given (as domain names are purchased from domain name registrars for a minimum of 12 months at the time the client purchases a domain name through SharpDev).
 

Although SharpDev maintains a thorough backup strategy and best data practices we are not liable for loss, damage or corruption to files or information stored on our servers. We endeavour to provide a reliable and professional service to all of our clients at all times but cannot be held responsible if the website hosting is not available due to any technical failures that are beyond our control.
